Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions is necessary for a complete understanding of your rights and obligations as a j1111 account holder.

References to "these Terms" include all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus terms published on the j1111 platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to j1111 and the ability to place real-money bets or wagers is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. j1111 does not permit access by any individual under the age of 18 under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or during a compliance review.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one j1111 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Registration Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and current. j1111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration detail at any time.
• Not Excluded: You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any exclusion order that would prevent you from lawfully participating in online gambling activities.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must register and operate your j1111 account solely for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another individual, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.

j1111 reserves the right to refuse a registration application without providing reasons. Where j1111 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registration contains false or misleading information, the application will be declined and any associated accounts may be closed. Registration is completed only when j1111 has confirmed the account by sending a confirmation to the registered mobile number.

Account Obligations & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your j1111 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. j1111 will never ask you to share your password or OTP with any j1111 staff member or third party.

• Password Security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your j1111 account and must not share it with any other person. j1111 recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify j1111 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account Activity Responsibility: All activity conducted through your j1111 account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified j1111 of an unauthorised access incident. j1111 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access j1111 is free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised access. j1111 recommends that you log out of your account whenever you finish a session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your j1111 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate closure.
• Contact Detail Maintenance: You must keep your registered mobile number and any other contact details on your j1111 account current and accurate. j1111 uses these details for OTP verification and for communications regarding your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

j1111 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on j1111 are subject to the terms set out in this section.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and may be returned subject to the payment provider's handling time.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your j1111 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. j1111 reserves the right to extend processing time during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Verification: j1111 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing a withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered mobile number. Failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Matching Payment Methods: j1111 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This policy exists as a fraud and money laundering prevention measure.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not make deposits from a payment account that belongs to another person, and withdrawals will only be made to accounts in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the funds returned to the originating account.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, and betting markets on j1111 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are charged by j1111. Your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
• Dormant Account Fees: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. j1111 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by communication to their registered mobile number before any such fee is applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

j1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season specials, and festival promotions aligned with Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Bangladesh national holidays. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Welcome Bonus: New j1111 account holders may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage match and eligible deposit range are set out in the welcome offer terms published at the time of registration.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in that offer's specific terms. j1111 will not process a withdrawal of funds derived from a bonus until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. Real-money funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
• Misuse of Bonuses: j1111 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with its stated purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts, bet hedging, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, only one bonus offer may be active on a j1111 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of one of the bonuses at j1111's discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on j1111 are governed by specific product rules published in the relevant sections of the platform. The general provisions below apply across all j1111 betting and gaming products.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by j1111. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed in this manner should not be assumed to have been placed.
• Bet Settlement: j1111 will settle bets and gaming rounds in accordance with the official result and the applicable product rules. In the event of a result dispute, j1111's settlement decision — made in good faith based on available information — is final.
• Pricing Errors: j1111 reserves the right to void bets that were placed at odds that were clearly published in error, even after the event has concluded. A "clearly erroneous" price is one that represents a material deviation from the fair market price at the time of bet placement.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error, communications failure, or system malfunction that affects the recording or outcome of a bet or gaming round, j1111 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. j1111 is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within the relevant product interface. j1111 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific accounts without prior notice.
• Fair Play: All games sourced from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi use certified Random Number Generators that are independently audited. Game outcomes are governed by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including j1111 itself.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Matches abandoned due to weather or other factors are settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for that event type.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j1111. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

Responsible Gaming

j1111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both j1111 and all registered players.

• 18+ Requirement: j1111 strictly enforces the minimum age of 18 for all players. Gambling is for adults only. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the verified payment source.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their j1111 account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review and cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets or is revised downward.
• Time-Out: Players may request a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account is locked and no deposits, bets, or account access are permitted. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that they need a longer-term break may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months or more. Self-exclusion requests are processed by j1111's responsible gaming team and take effect within 24 hours of the request being received.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality-check notifications that remind them how long they have been playing in a given session, supporting informed decision-making about continued play.

Intellectual Property

All content on the j1111 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand names, text, audio, video, user interface designs, and database structures — is the property of j1111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j1111 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any j1111 content without the prior written consent of j1111.

You must not use any j1111 trademark, brand name, logo, or service mark in any manner that could cause confusion, disparagement, or dilution of the j1111 brand. Any unauthorised use of j1111's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1111 excludes all liability for loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following categories.

• Gambling Losses: j1111 accepts no liability for any financial losses you incur as a result of placing bets or wagers on the platform. All gambling involves risk, and by using j1111 you acknowledge that losses are a possible and normal outcome.
• Technical Failures: j1111 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. j1111 is not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime, connectivity failures, or technical errors that are beyond j1111's reasonable control.
• Third-Party Services: j1111 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Any delays, errors, or failures on the part of these providers are outside j1111's control.
• Force Majeure: j1111 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
• Indirect Losses: j1111 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed to limit j1111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by j1111's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

j1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of Terms: Where j1111 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, your account may be suspended pending investigation or closed immediately in cases of serious breach.
• Fraudulent Activity: Where j1111's fraud detection systems or compliance review identify suspicious activity on your account, including unusual betting patterns, deposits from unverified sources, or patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
• Failure to Complete KYC: Where you fail to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe following a KYC request from j1111's compliance team.
• Underage Gambling: Where j1111 has grounds to believe that an account is operated by a person under the age of 18. In such cases the account will be closed immediately and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Player-Requested Closure: You may request the closure of your j1111 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.
• Dormancy: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant as described in Section 4 above. Continued inactivity may result in account closure following adequate notice to your registered contact details.

Amendments to These Terms

j1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, payment methods, or j1111's operational policies.

• Notice of Changes: Where j1111 makes a material change to these Terms, we will provide notice to registered players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the j1111 platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to protect platform security.
• Continued Use: Your continued use of the j1111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
• Version History: The date shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were last updated. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations and rights.
• Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the case of any inconsistency.
